Program Coordinator

Location : Remote PST hours.

Our client seeks a Program Coordinator to support the team responsible for presales, delivery organization, consulting services, and technical development.

However, the essence of this role lies in effective communication within the organization, spanning all levels from top management to the field.

What you get to do

Support and nurture management community of industry solutions delivery from M1 to executive level

Conduct monthly deliverables, including one-off communications and package preparation.

Provide expertise and support to project, program, and resource managers.

Manage time recording and resource demands for project and program teams accurately.

Coordinate and maintain timely, accurate Management Information (MI)

Ensure projects and programs adhere to Project Governance controls and recording standards.

Offer financial and resource planning and management support.

Assist in project planning, risk and issue logging, and resource tracking / forecasting.

Lead or coordinate various meetings and forums supporting project and program managers.

Train and support colleagues on process and tools usage.

What you bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Product POWERPOINT / SharePoint / Excel.

Minimum 2 years’ experience with Staffbase.

Minimum 2 years’ experience with Project management sequence coding.

Previous knowledge and experience of project management methodologies.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly contract rate range of $15 to $20 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
